Real Celty -- Pen and Pencil

My very first drawing that I took rather seriously


I got inspired by Celty from DuRaRaRa!! given the fact that she is a Dullahan, an unseelie faerie. Dullahans are also known as headless horsemen.

In DRRR!!, Celty is portrayed as a beautiful figure with the face of a goddess. BUT, what a Dullahan REALLY looks like is not pretty. At all.

A Dullahan has "eyes that constantly dart about like flies" and "a smile that reaches both sides of the head." Not exactly a model.

So, I decided to draw Celty as she would be in traditional Irish mythology.
